Ariel Herzog Law is a New York practice advising on mergers and acquisitions, and on security, privacy, and AI matters for businesses and law firms.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Buying and selling privately held businesses. Letters of intent, purchase agreements, due diligence, disclosure schedules, ancillary documents, and closing — for buyers and for sellers.
Security, Privacy & AI
The security, privacy, and AI questions that hold up business. Getting a contract through a customer’s security review, working out what a company really does with its data, checking a new feature before it launches, and helping law firms decide how to use AI.
How AI is used in the practice
AI does the mechanical work of a transaction: assembling diligence request lists, reviewing diligence documents and flagging what matters in them, tracking open items, and preparing first drafts of disclosure schedules and closing checklists. That keeps the time on negotiation and judgment rather than administration.
No output reaches a client or a counterparty without a lawyer’s review.
